NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 7 PM, there will be a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET at the Town Hall at W5581 800^th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI. The proposed budget can be found below. The budget in detail will be available for inspection by appointment with the Town Clerk at the Town Hall. All persons are encouraged to attend this hearing and be heard.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS TO APPROVE THE TAX LEVY and 2026 BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget at the Town Hall, a special Town Meeting of the Electors called by the Town board pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes will be held to approve the 2026 budget and adopt the 2025 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1) (A) of WI Statutes.
