The next meeting for the Town of Martell Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026 from 6-7 PM, at the Town Hall, W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI.

Review and approve minutes from last meeting 11/21/25
Discussion topics:
- Establish meeting calendar for 2026;
- Continue discussion around Road Ordinance options including Class B;
- Discuss other townships’ responses:
- Isabelle, Kinnickinnic – Class B,
- El Paso – Class B,
- Gilman
